lyrics
All alone by the water
The waves they crash upon my knees
I can see you beyond the sea
I will join you, wait for me
Follow me as I’m lifted
The tide is strong, it carries me
Here I go, I can feel you
Our hands, they join eternally
Wait for me
The memory of her keeps crashing up against the shore
Washing up with each wave against the rocks
Distorting over and over and over as time moves on
I long to see her again
To hold her, to feel her
To know the love that hides inside
The tide carries her further away
As I feel my grip slipping
And the memory fades

OMG, late to the party but this is some of the best occult infused doom stoner tackle I've ever heard. Reference points include Sabbath (obvs), especially with the Ozzy-esque vocals but there's also the melodiousness of early Heep mixing with a more contemporary occult rock sound. It starts in the 70's and makes it to the present day. The riffs are huge but it's their way with a hook that elevates this from your average doom/stoner fare. Very wonderful indeed! egg-magoo

For some reason, what I previewed and the real songs was somewhat different - maybe because of the cover art?
But I definitely don't regret something more spacial than expected. The recent Ocean drifting in space. frankwurst

The Belgian band explore heavy psych, tribal rhythms, free-jazz freakouts, meditative drone and the vast, shadowy spaces in between. Bandcamp Album of the Day Jun 22, 2020
This searing, four-track split from Bog Wizard (Michigan) and Dust Lord (Colorado) pairs stoner rock riffs with hard fantasy themes. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 10, 2021
